  • Online Giving Enhancement

    The TED Service Pack Upgrade on October 6, 2019 includes an enhancement to the UIF Online Giving Payment page.  The UIF’s Online Giving Payment page will be integrated with Blackbaud’s new Checkout experience.  See full article for details.

  • UIF to Absorb Expenses for Credit Card Donations

    Effective July 1, 2021, the Foundation will no longer pass through the 2.5% credit card expense to gift fund(s) in instances where donors make a gift via credit card; the cost will be absorbed through the UIF operating budget.  The last assessment will be posted July 6th representing all activity through June 30th.   For further information or questions, please contact UIF Accounting.

  • UIF Credit Card Transmittal Page Now Available

    The UIF Credit Card Transmittal Page is now available for processing a transaction that has a portion of, or is all non-gift/non-tax deductible.  The issue was limited to the mobile version of the site.  The fix was deployed at 5pm on October 22, 2019. 


  • Revenue Report Suite and Revenue Report Suite YTD - Resolved

    The system errors users were receiving when running the Revenue Report Suite and Revenue Report Suite YTD in TED have been resolved.  The reports are now available.

  • Fund and Accounting Reports - Fixed

    Update: This issue is resolved as of 8am 10/5/21.

    Some users have reported issues when running the Fund and Accounting reports that have caused the reports not to run or to return incorrect data.  UIF is investigating the problem and will implement a correction as soon as possible.  Please refrain from using the Fund and Accounting reports until a notice is posted that the problem is fixed.



  • Update: Error searching “Related Banner Fund” on the Accounting Transaction Search and Accounting Balance - FIXED

    The search field is displaying an error when users enter a search value in the field called Related Banner Fund.

    This issue has been fixed 3/19/21. Please let us know if you experience any additional errors. 

  • Service Pack Upgrade - Saturday March 28th

    The University of Illinois Foundation will perform maintenance and Blackbaud Service Pack upgrades on the Tracking and Engagement Database (TED) and BBIS/Online Giving this Saturday March 28th beginning at 6:00 AM and should be completed around 11:00 AM. Please contact UIF AIMS at aims@uif.uillinois.edu for questions or concerns!

    Acounting Monthly Reports for 12/31 will be updated and republished within the next few days.  We appreciate your patience.

  • EGAD Report - Resolved

    The problems with the EGAD Dashboard running slow and timing out have been resolved.  We thank you for your patience.  Please contact AIMS at aims@uif.uillinois.edu if you have any questions.

  • EGAD Report

    Users have reported the Electronic Gift Acknowledgement Download (EGAD) is running very slowly and sometimes timing out.  The Foundation is investigating possible causes and, once identified, will fix the issue as soon as possible.  We will post notice here when the issue is fixed and follow up directly with users who have reported the problem.

  • UI Reporting Dashboard Reports Unavailable - FIXED

    UPDATE: This issue has been resolved as of 10:00am 9/10/21. 
    The Constituent Demographics and Portfolio Health Dashboards located in TED on the UI Reporting tab are currently unavailable.  We are working on resolving the issue and hope to have them restored by tomorrow morning (9/10/21). 

  • Briefing Reports Unavailable

    The Briefing Reports located in TED on the UI Reporting tab are currently unavailable.  We are working on resolving the issue and hope to have them restored as soon as possible. 

  • UPDATE: Summary tile on constituent records not loading - FIXED

    **This issue has been fixed.  Please contact AIMS (aims@uif.uillinois.edu) with any questions.

    Some TED users are seeing a new tile on the constituent view with the following message:

    “The section could not be loaded.   The current user does not have rights to use this form.”    

    A fix will be deployed soon to resolve this.

  • Revenue Report Suite and Revenue Report Suite YTD Unavailable

    The Revenue Report Suite and Revenue Report Suite YTD in TED are temporarily unavailable. We are working on an update that will help resolve the system error that has been reported. We will post an update note once the reports are available for use.

  • Reports Unavailable until 12pm

    The TED Data warehouse nightly refresh process is still running this morning and the reports located in TED on the UI Reporting and Business Manager tabs will be unavailable until 12pm today (10/4/21).   If you have already ran reports this morning, please rerun them again after 12:00 (Noon), as the data you received may be incomplete. Users who run the CAP process on Monday mornings will also be impacted by this issue.
