Update: This issue is resolved as of 8am 10/5/21.

Some users have reported issues when running the Fund and Accounting reports that have caused the reports not to run or to return incorrect data.  UIF is investigating the problem and will implement a correction as soon as possible.  Please refrain from using the Fund and Accounting reports until a notice is posted that the problem is fixed.

Internet Explorer is going End of Life on June 15, 2022.  For most users, using Internet Explorer will no longer be an option. Please use a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari to access UIF applications, such as TED and UIF Online.Additionally, for online giving, donors should be encouraged to use a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari to make gifts online.  As of March 26, 2022, the UIF giving process does not support donors using Internet Explorer 11 to make a gift, due to a change implemented in the most recent Blackbaud Service Pack Upgrade.If you have questions, please contact UIF AIMS at aims@uif.uillinois.edu or 217.300.3907. 6/11/2025 Update: GiveCampus indicates that all services were restored to normal operation around 6pm ET 6/10/25.

Our online giving platform, GiveCampus, is currently experiencing disruptions due to a global outage affecting Heroku, one of their upstream infrastructure providers. These intermittent issues may impact donors' ability to complete online donations through GiveCampus. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and share updates as we receive them. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

New links have been added for all load template tickets present in UIF Support, to the UIF Help tab in TED.  When you click on these newly added links, you will be prompted to save or open an excel.
