As promised, UIF IT Operations has launched the new the UIF Support online ticketing system that will provide you the customer a new way of submitting tickets as well as accessing your previously closed and currently open tickets. You will still be able to interact with your submitted ticket through email correspondence, but now you are also able to interact with the agent that is working on your ticket within the online ticketing system, and get a status update on your request.
Forms that you have used previously within TED - UIF Help to request assistance will be retired, and you should now use UIF Support to make those requests by choosing 'Data Services' as the Category. The links to those forms will still be active for a period of time to assist with the transition.
