We are pleased to inform all users that you now have an option to include constituents who may have a higher-level or global opt-out on their record in TED but would like to receive a specific communication (newsletter, magazine etc.) from their department or college. UIF Mass Communication and Advancement Intelligence teams can help setup specific marketing efforts to use Mail Preference Opt-in. This will allow constituents to fall into the communication and not be excluded because they have a higher level or Global opt-out as some currently do.
