The TED Service Pack Upgrade on October 6, 2019 includes an enhancement to the UIF Online Giving Payment page. The UIF’s Online Giving Payment page will be integrated with Blackbaud’s new Checkout experience. Checkout is a mobile responsive payment form that provides a secure and simplified payment experience. Once the donor and gift information is complete and the Continue button clicked, the Checkout form renders on top of the page to enter credit card information and securely complete the donation.
The implementation of Blackbaud’s Checkout will allow for the functionality of digital wallets (MasterPass, Visa Checkout, and Apple Pay). The digital wallet functionality will be coming later this year and a separate announcement will be made when that enhancement is available.
