The Alumni Engagement Dashboard is now live.  The report documentation is still under construction, but we will have that completed as soon as we can. 

The Briefing Reports located in TED on the UI Reporting tab are currently unavailable.  We are working on resolving the issue and hope to have them restored as soon as possible. 

The New Business, Cash and Campaign report is no longer available since the campaign has closed. The details summarized in this report are available in the standard Revenue Reports and Campaign Revenue Report.

 Four new columns are being added to the Honor Roll Report Suite in TED. 
 They will provide distinctions when the Total Qualifying Recognition Amount
 of the Honor Roll is different between the entities within a household. The 
 new columns are -
 Total Qualifying Entity 1 Amount
 Total Qualifying Entity 2 Amount
 HH Qualifying Difference Flag
 Potential Indiv Name Pref Flag
 Lastly, the Honor Roll Exceptions Report will now look at both the NL000
 Publicity Opt Out as well as the No Publicity Attributes.

Users have reported the Electronic Gift Acknowledgement Download (EGAD) is running very slowly and sometimes timing out.  The Foundation is investigating possible causes and, once identified, will fix the issue as soon as possible.  We will post notice here when the issue is fixed and follow up directly with users who have reported the problem.

Update 7/9/25 10:50AM: EGAD Dashboard and Weekly Gift Reports are now displaying all transactions, and the issue has been resolved. 
The EGAD and Weekly Gift Reports are not displaying any transactions dated after the start of the new Fiscal Year.  Transactions dated prior to 7/1 are showing as expected.  

We're actively investigating the issue and will post an update as soon as possible.

Update 10/7/2025: Gift Fund Spending Status Reports is now displaying all records as of Tuesday morning. The issue with some missing records after the data refresh was resolved. Requesting report users who ran this report on Monday 10/6/2025 to re-run their report and get the most up-to-date information. We appreciate your patience and thank you to the team members who immediately assisted in resolving it. 
 

Update: This issue is resolved as of 8am 10/5/21.

Some users have reported issues when running the Fund and Accounting reports that have caused the reports not to run or to return incorrect data.  UIF is investigating the problem and will implement a correction as soon as possible.  Please refrain from using the Fund and Accounting reports until a notice is posted that the problem is fixed.

New links have been added for all load template tickets present in UIF Support, to the UIF Help tab in TED.  When you click on these newly added links, you will be prompted to save or open an excel. Information Security and Privacy is a required, annual course that provides information about the most recent laws and ways to keep our data safe. UIF System users, who have been here at least one year, were recently assigned the refresher course in iLearn.  This course must be completed by June 10th, or your account will be disabled.  Click on the heading above to read the full article.

In March, all UIF system users whose accounts had been active for 1 year or longer received an iLearn refresher course on Information Security and Privacy. This required, annual refresher course provides information about the most recent laws and ways to keep our data safe. You must complete the course by June 10.  Beginning May 27, automatic reminder emails will be sent to those who have not yet completed the course. If you do not complete the course by June 10, your account will be disabled. Internet Explorer is going End of Life on June 15, 2022.  For most users, using Internet Explorer will no longer be an option. Please use a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari to access UIF applications, such as TED and UIF Online.Additionally, for online giving, donors should be encouraged to use a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari to make gifts online.  As of March 26, 2022, the UIF giving process does not support donors using Internet Explorer 11 to make a gift, due to a change implemented in the most recent Blackbaud Service Pack Upgrade.If you have questions, please contact UIF AIMS at aims@uif.uillinois.edu or 217.300.3907. We are currently experiencing a display issue with PDF documents in OnBase links and the web client. When you try to open a document, you will see a blank page and thumbnails to the right. It looks like the document is loading, but it will not open.

We've identified an issue with the process that updates constituent constituencies in TED. 

Scheduled Update: The corrected process will run on the evening of Monday, September 22.
What to Expect: A large volume of constituent constituency values will be updated during this process.
