Education information updates have been made to Query views called Constituents (from the Blackbaud Data Warehouse) and Constituent (BBDW Custom). TED Users who have been using the Information Library to extract education data using views called UI Education and UI Education Pivoted should now update their queries to start using the two new views called:

• All Education UI
• All Education Pivoted UI

Both these views allow extracting information from Non-U of I institutions as well as U of I. A new field has been added to both these views called U of I Flag and U of I Attendee; these fields allow filtering constituents who have graduated or attended any of the Universities in the UI System.

Information Library users who are still using UI Education and/or UI Education Pivoted should switch to the respective All Education query view because the AI team will be removing the old UI Education query views by the next scheduled TED Maintenance in October.
