Household Giving Corrections
There are two data inconsistencies identified that affect some household giving totals. On November 20, 2024, corrections will be implemented to ensure the accuracy of all donor recognition amounts.
What's Being Corrected:
1. Pledge Write-Off Calculations
- Some converted pledges did not properly account for write-offs in their recognition credit calculations
- Approximately 900 household giving totals are currently overstated
- Recognition credits will be adjusted to reflect accurate giving amounts
2. Partner/Owner Credit Adjustments
- Multiple household members received duplicate partner/owner credits
- This correction will affect 167 households:
- 85 households will see a reduction in their recognition amount
- 82 households will see an increase in their recognition amount
