  The Revenue Report Suite and Revenue Report Suite YTD in TED are temporarily unavailable. We are working on an update that will help resolve the system error that has been reported. We will post an update note once the reports are available for use.

  The completion of the 2023 Information Security & Privacy Update course is due tomorrow, May 12th, 2023. 
  Many of you have reported that the email reminder notifications have been going to your spam folder. We are working on preventing that in the future, but please complete the course before the end of day tomorrow to avoid having your TED and OnBase accounts disabled.   The Foundation is dedicated to making sure you have the best resources available for your advancement needs.  For this reason, we regularly update TED, UIF Online, OnBase, and BBIS.  The next scheduled updates are:  Saturday, August 20, 2022 Impact Release, Saturday, October 1, 2022 TED Service Pack Release; Hyland Upgrade.
  During these updates the systems may not be available, but there will be a notification letting you know which systems will be affected and the timeframe. PLease see our upcoming schedule for system updates.

• Spring Graduate Degree Data Load Complete

• UI Reporting Dashboard Reports Unavailable - FIXED

  UPDATE: This issue has been resolved as of 10:00am 9/10/21. 
  The Constituent Demographics and Portfolio Health Dashboards located in TED on the UI Reporting tab are currently unavailable.  We are working on resolving the issue and hope to have them restored by tomorrow morning (9/10/21).

  The 2024 Summer Graduate and Fall Student data files have been loaded into TED.
   The Mid-Fall Student Cohort Load File will be received 10/25/2024 and updated by 11/1/2024 in TED.

• UPDATE: Summary tile on constituent records not loading - FIXED

  **This issue has been fixed.  Please contact AIMS (aims@uif.uillinois.edu) with any questions.

  Some TED users are seeing a new tile on the constituent view with the following message:

  “The section could not be loaded.   The current user does not have rights to use this form.”    

  A fix will be deployed soon to resolve this.

  The TED Data warehouse nightly refresh process is still running this morning and the reports located in TED on the UI Reporting and Business Manager tabs will be unavailable until 12pm today (10/4/21).   If you have already ran reports this morning, please rerun them again after 12:00 (Noon), as the data you received may be incomplete. Users who run the CAP process on Monday mornings will also be impacted by this issue.

  Users have reported the Electronic Gift Acknowledgement Download (EGAD) is running very slowly and sometimes timing out.  The Foundation is investigating possible causes and, once identified, will fix the issue as soon as possible.  We will post notice here when the issue is fixed and follow up directly with users who have reported the problem.

  Update: This issue is resolved as of 8am 10/5/21.

  Some users have reported issues when running the Fund and Accounting reports that have caused the reports not to run or to return incorrect data.  UIF is investigating the problem and will implement a correction as soon as possible.  Please refrain from using the Fund and Accounting reports until a notice is posted that the problem is fixed.
