  Update: This issue is resolved as of 8am 10/5/21.

  Some users have reported issues when running the Fund and Accounting reports that have caused the reports not to run or to return incorrect data.  UIF is investigating the problem and will implement a correction as soon as possible.  Please refrain from using the Fund and Accounting reports until a notice is posted that the problem is fixed.

  Users have reported the Electronic Gift Acknowledgement Download (EGAD) is running very slowly and sometimes timing out.  The Foundation is investigating possible causes and, once identified, will fix the issue as soon as possible.  We will post notice here when the issue is fixed and follow up directly with users who have reported the problem.

  6/11/2025 Update: GiveCampus indicates that all services were restored to normal operation around 6pm ET 6/10/25.

  Our online giving platform, GiveCampus, is currently experiencing disruptions due to a global outage affecting Heroku, one of their upstream infrastructure providers. These intermittent issues may impact donors' ability to complete online donations through GiveCampus. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and share updates as we receive them.
