On Saturday, October 4th, 2025, from 6AM until approximately 9AM, AITS will perform production Oracle database patching. All production services connecting to Oracle databases, including EDDIE and the data warehouse, will be unavailable during this time.
The AITS system status page and the Service Desk staff will be updated with our progress during the outage.
