  • AITS Disaster Recovery Failover Test

    Saturday, June 21, 2025, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, as the final part of our Disaster Recovery Failover test, AITS will be moving production services back to the Chicago data center during this time. Production services will be unavailable between 1:00 PM and approx. 10:00 PM during the failback on June 21. The enterprise production systems will run for one week in Urbana under normal workloads and will transition back to Chicago on Saturday, June 21.

  • EDDIE Server Maintenance

    EDDIE/Web Intelligence will be unavailable Tuesday, June 10, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  Reports scheduled in EDDIE will not run, and Web Intelligence on local workstations will not be functional during this time.

  • Production Solaris and Linux server maintenance

    On Sunday, June 8th, 2025 from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, AITS will perform routine production Solaris and Linux server maintenance.  All production services running on these servers, including EDDIE/Web Intelligence, the Data Warehouse, and Denodo will be unavailable during this event.

  • EDDIE/My UI Financials Login Issues

    May 21, 2025We are aware of issues many users are having running EDDIE reports from My UI Financials. We are investigating the issues and will provide an update when we have more information. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

  • Production Windows Server Patching

    AITS will be applying patches to the production Windows servers TODAY, Tuesday, April 8, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. All production services related to EDDIE/Web Intelligence hosted on Windows servers maintained by AITS will be unavailable. This includes reports scheduled to run during this timeframe, Rich Client applications installed on user computers, the DS Knowledge Center and DS Security applications.

  • EDW Student Slate data in DC_SL.T_SL_UIC_UGRAD_MSG_ACTV

    UPDATE:  The refresh for this table is complete as of 10:30 am on 2/10/25. We're experiencing an issue extracting data from the UIC_UGRAD_MESSAGE table in the Slate (UIC UGRAD) environment. All tables in DSPROD01 for UIC UGRAD are updated as of this morning, except DS_SL.T_SL_UIC_UGRAD_MSG_ACTV which has data from yesterday morning. We'll send an update once the refresh is successful. 

  • Data Warehouse ETL Delayed

    ETL Process Delayed for UIC Slate data

    The data warehouse ETL is running late.  Please see https://www.aits.uillinois.edu/services/reports_and_data/ds_system_status_availability for updated data availability times.

  • Denodo Login Issues

    December 19, 2024: We are aware of an issue with the Denodo system connecting to the LDAP server for authentication. This issue is preventing users from logging into the Solution Manager. We are investigating the cause and it's resolution now. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • EDDIE/Web Intelligence Restarting

    October 3, 2024 - The EDDIE system, including the Web Intelligence Rich Client, is experiencing an issue and the system is being restarted.  You may experience the system being slow or may not be able to access the system. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Web Intelligence Rich Client - (CS) ConfigManager not yet initialized Error

    Some customers using the desktop version of Web Intelligence are receiving a (CS) ConfigManager not yet initialized error when running reports. Please see the fix provided at https://answers.uillinois.edu/141285.
