How can I review my beneficiary(s)?
Review your beneficiary designations made on a paper beneficiary designation form by calling Fidelity at 800-343-0860. Your paper designations will remain in effect until you elect or change your designations through the new online process.
How can I add or update my beneficiary(s)?
Use the new online process. Log in or register as a new user to your Fidelity account to add or update your beneficiary(s)
- select Menu at the upper left corner of the page
- select Beneficiaries
After designating beneficiary(s) online, you can view and manage your beneficiary(s) on your Fidelity account in the Summary tab of your Profile.
If you cannot access your Fidelity account online, you may complete the Fidelity Beneficiary Designation form and mail it directly to Fidelity at the address on the form.
