This information applies to all FY26 Flexible Spending Account plan participants.
Only a couple weeks remain to submit your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) claims for the FY2026 plan year! You are receiving this email because our records indicate that you participated in an FSA during FY2026. Any remaining claims for services from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, must be submitted by September 30 for reimbursement.
- DCAP: Claims for dependent care expenses incurred during FY2026 (July 2025 through June 2026) must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
- MCAP: Claims for medical care expenses incurred during FY2026 (July 2025 through June 2026) must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
- If you re-enrolled in MCAP for the FY2027 plan year (July 2026 through June 2027), up to $660 of your remaining balance, as of September 30, 2026 will be rolled over to your FY2027 MCAP account.
- If you did not re-enroll in MCAP for FY2027, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
