Spring is often framed as a time of rebirth with opportunities for new growth. It may be an ideal time to try something new or to consider lifestyle changes for the betterment of your health and well-being. If this sounds like you, try using an experiment mindset when approaching change this spring. With this mindset, you recognize that creating lasting change will likely require you to change course several times before finding the routines and behaviors that you can stick with long-term. For example, you might decide to start walking outside during lunch as the weather warms up. However, once you get started, you may find that the schedule you chose isn't working for you and you're having a hard time being consistent. If you are using an experiment mindset, you can acknowledge what you learned from this trial, choose new parameters, and try again.
