Don’t have time to sit for meditation today? Try a meditative walk instead. As you go on your walk, focus on the sights, sounds, and smells around you. Pay attention to the feeling of the sun on your skin, the wind in your hair, and the earth beneath your feet. As you walk, let your mind wander and clear. This is a great way to relax and de-stress while getting an additional health benefit of taking extra steps!
New this month: Gratitude Meditation
In this short meditation session, we will begin with a few rounds of box breathing and then navigate multiple ways to feel and remember everything that makes us feel gratitude.
