Including regular movement throughout your workday is proven to not only help your body feel better, but also to improve your cognitive function (attention, problem solving, emotional regulation, and more). Build your daily movement habit by starting small - two minutes of stretching after a meeting, walking an extra lap around your office or home when you get up for a bathroom break, a 10-second elevated plank while heating up your lunch, or marching in place during a phone call. Start small to build consistency and watch your habit grow over time!
