Only a few days remain to submit your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) claims for the FY2018 plan year! Any remaining claims for services from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018, must be submitted by September 30 for reimbursement.
- DCAP: Dependent care expenses incurred during FY2018 (July 2017 through June 2018) must be submitted no later than September 30, 2018. Any remaining funds will be forfeited, according to IRS regulations.
- MCAP:
- Medical care expenses incurred during FY2018 must be submitted no later than September 30, 2018.
- If you re-enrolled in MCAP for the FY2019 plan year (7/1/2018 – 6/30/2019), up to $500 of your remaining balance, as of September 30, 2018 will be rolled over to your FY2019 MCAP account. Any amount over $500 will be forfeited.
- If you did not re-enroll in MCAP for the FY2019 plan year (7/1/2018 – 6/30/2019), any remaining balance will be forfeited.
