Remember, you only have until June 2 to make your State benefit elections or changes for the upcoming plan year on https://MyBenefits.illinois.gov, including health, dental, life insurance, flexible spending account (MCAP/DCAP) enrollment, and health savings account (HSA) enrollment. If you have completed your FY26 Benefit Choice elections, or you do not want to make any changes to your coverage, you may disregard this email. Health Alliance Participants must make an election.
Note: You must re-enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and your Health Savings Account (HSA) annually to continue your participation. As a reminder, rollover of unused FSA funds only applies to the Medical Care Assistance Plan (MCAP) and requires re-enrollment in the plan. If you are retiring in the coming months, you are encouraged to make benefit elections during the current Benefit Choice period in the event your retirement plans change.
