Attention all current Health Alliance plan participants: if you fail to make elections prior to midnight on Monday June 2^nd 2025, you and any covered dependents will be defaulted into the Quality Care Health Plan effective July 1, 2025.

To make your Benefit Choice elections, please visit MyBenefits.Illinois.gov. We encourage you to utilize the following resources:

• Review the FY26 Benefits Booklet. Confirm that your preferred providers participate in your selected health plan.
  
  
• Consult the FY26 Health Plan Map to view the plans available in your region.
  
  
• Attend a Benefit Choice Member Fair online or in person to ask questions and explore plan options.
  
  
• View Carle Health’s Open Enrollment Guide to identify health plans that include in-network Carle providers.

• For information on how to review and verify your current elections, make a change, enroll/re-enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) or enroll/re-enroll in Health Savings Account (HSA) view here.
