As the end of the year approaches, please make sure that your mailing address is current, so that you receive important tax forms from the University! To ensure that your address is correct on your W-2 or other tax form(s), review and update your address by logging into the Employee Information Form prior to December 31, 2017.

1. Go to the Personal Information section of NESSIE: https://nessie.uihr.uillinois.edu/cf/info/index.cfm
2. Click on the Employee Information Form.
3. Enter your NetID, password, and PIN. (Remember, if you are off campus, you will be prompted to use Duo 2FA for security authentication.)
4. Click Address/Phone/Email.
5. Ensure your MAILING ADDRESS is correct. Add, Edit, or Delete to make changes.
6. After submitting changes, you will receive an email confirmation.
