The Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) released the FY 2017 state health and dental insurance rates for part-time employees. This rate information is used to calculate your cost for coverage effective July 1, 2016.
In addition to your employee premium, as a part-time employee you also pay a percentage of the State cost, based upon the percentage of your appointment.
