Do you have one or more dependents enrolled in your State of Illinois health insurance plan? Confirm you have the correct Mailing Address on file so that important documents related to your dependent health insurance coverage can reach you. During Fall of this year, the Illinois State Department of Central Management Services (CMS) will conduct an audit to ensure that only eligible dependents are covered. All University employees who have dependents covered under a State health plan will be a part of this audit. CMS will send time-sensitive information to your Mailing Address.
To ensure that you receive these time-sensitive materials, please review and update your MAILING ADDRESS in NESSIE:
- Go to the Personal Info section of NESSIE: https://nessie.uihr.uillinois.edu/cf/info/index.cfm
- Click on the Employee Information Form link.
- Enter your NetID, Active Directory password, and PIN.
- Click the Address/Phone/Email link.
- Ensure your MAILING ADDRESS is correct. Add, Edit, or Delete to make changes.
- After submitting changes, you will receive an email confirmation. CMS will also mail a paper Verification Form reflecting your address change.
