The MyBenefits Service Center and MyBenefits.illinois.gov will be unavailable from 6 p.m. September 8th – September 12th for a system upgrade. If the items listed below do not apply to you, no action is required.
The upgrade will not impact your State benefits and requires no action except as noted below.
You are encouraged to complete your State benefits enrollment or change and submit any required documentation before September 8 if:
- You have a pending enrollment event on MyBenefits.
- You are a new hire or newly benefits-eligible employee and have not completed your State benefits enrollment.
- You have experienced a qualifying life event.
