Update 2/4: Beginning tomorrow, Thursday, February 5th, we will begin loading all past registrants that were not loaded during the downtime and will continue loading registrants daily moving forward. We are still working to address the underlying issue and will post another update once it is resolved.

We are currently experiencing an integration issue preventing event registrations from syncing from Cvent to TED.
Registrations submitted since January 7, 2026 at 7:05 AM CST have not been loaded into TED. As a result, these
registrations will not appear in TED as expected. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and will post
updates once more information becomes available.

 Four new columns are being added to the Honor Roll Report Suite in TED. 
 They will provide distinctions when the Total Qualifying Recognition Amount
 of the Honor Roll is different between the entities within a household. The 
 new columns are -
 Total Qualifying Entity 1 Amount
 Total Qualifying Entity 2 Amount
 HH Qualifying Difference Flag
 Potential Indiv Name Pref Flag
 Lastly, the Honor Roll Exceptions Report will now look at both the NL000
 Publicity Opt Out as well as the No Publicity Attributes.

The 2022 Summer Graduate and Fall Student data loads are complete.

The 2022 Winter Cohort Students will be loaded in late October.

The Spring Graduate Degree Data was pulled from the University Banner System and has been loaded into TED.   Please contact AIMS if you have any questions.
