Be on the lookout for important changes as the University of Illinois Foundation transitions
to new accounting software later this fall:
- Some Static Designation Reports and Accounting Monthly Reports will be updated,
replaced, or phased out (historic reports will remain available). - Gift fund balance transfers (“sweeps”) to University of Illinois Banner accounts
will occur monthly rather than weekly.
Details (including end-user impact and specific reporting changes) will be forthcoming,
and training opportunities will be available to facilitate this transition for advancement staff.
