  • Spring 2020 Sponsor Billing Payment Plan Application Open

    The Sponsor Payment Plan application (SPP) is now available for 2020 spring semester!

    Newly sponsored students entering the University of Illinois or continuing sponsored students whose authorization, letter of credit or financial guarantee expired prior to Spring 2020, must complete a SPP application and upload all applicable documents by January 27, 2020.

  • Spring 2020 College Illinois! Authorization Open

    Students must notify the University of their intent to use College Illinois! benefits by submitting an online authorization form.

  • Spring 2020 - 5 Month Payment Plan

    The optional Payment Plan allows you to spread payment of tuition, fees, room, and board expenses over 5 installments.  Learn more about the Payment Plan for Spring 2020.

  • USFSCO Holiday Closing

    USFSCO will be closed December 24 through January 1 and will re-open on January 2. 

  • Direct Deposit for Refunds

    Direct deposit is the safest, fastest, and most efficient way to receive your Refund!

    Your money will be electronically transferred into the U.S. checking or savings account you designate. Direct deposit information is not used to process payments.

    • Login into your Self-Serivce
    • Follow the login instructions for your campus
    • Select "Direct Deposit" to enroll for future student account refunds
  • UIC and UIS Spring 2020

    Welcome back! Classes begin on Monday, January 13, 2020.

    You may now view your Spring tuition, fees, housing charges and financial aid. Visit the USFSCO website for step by step instructions to view your student account.

    Please note Graduate level tuition waivers will be disbursed in mid to late February, prior to the tuition due date. 

    The Spring Tuition & Fee Payment Deadline is February 28th!

  • USFSCO Closed for MLK Day

    USFSCO will be on Monday January 20, 2020 in observation of Martin Luther King Day. 

  • Spring 2020 - 4 Month Payment Plan

    The optional Payment Plan allows you to spread payment of tuition, fees, room, and board expenses over 4 installments.  Learn more about the Payment Plan for Spring 2020.

  • UIC 10th Day

    Last day to complete late registration; last day to add a course(s) or make section changes; last day to drop individual courses via XE Registration without receiving W (Withdrawn) grade on academic record. Last day to Web Drop courses via XE Registration and receive 100% cancellation of tuition and fees.

  • UIUC 10th Day

    Deadline to drop or reduce semester hours and receive refund if reducing assessment range for ALL Urbana students.

  • University Bursar Closed for Walk-in Traffic

    To better protect customers and employees from the risks of potential COVID-19 exposure, we are changing our services to align with guidance provided through government and university leaders. Phone service is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm.

    USFSCO is now known as University Bursar. This name change doesn't impact our responsibilities, and we are still committed to providing billing and payment tools to meet your needs. Our general email address has been changed to bursarhelp@uillinois.edu

  • Summer 2020 Due Date

    The payment due date for Summer 2020 tuition and fees is due on June 28, 2020.

  • Fall 2020 Payment Plan Open Enrollment

    The University of Illinois provides an optional Payment Plan to assist students and families in paying tuition and fees. Fall 2020 payment plan enrollment begins June 1. The earlier you sign up, the more monthly payments will be available. Please visit the Payment Plan page for additional information. 

  • Free Webinar: Cash at College

    Cash at College is a webinar designed to support students headed to college this fall. Creating any type of plan right now is challenging, so we'll talk through considerations when creating a financial plan for fall education costs. Staff & faculty are encouraged to join in the discussion. The webinars will be on Friday, June 26, and again on Friday, July 31. Both sessions will be at 1:00 PM CST.

    Fall 2020 Payment Plan enrollment is open.  A 3 month payment plan is currently available through September 19. Beginning September 20, a 2 month payment plan will be available.

    The 2021-2022 FAFSA Form is now available. Some states and schools have limited funds, so submit your application today at https://fafsa.gov
