National Save for Retirement Week (October 20 – 26, 2013) is a Congressionally-endorsed national event dedicated to promoting retirement savings and encouraging employees to participate in their employer-sponsored retirement saving plans. In conjunction with National Save for Retirement Week, University Human Resources and UPB Benefits Services are offering FREE retirement planning seminars to University employees.
FREE RETIREMENT SEMINARS
Representatives from SURS will lead the seminar discussions. These seminars are approved events under Civil Service Policy and Rules, Rule 11.12. Employees may be released from work to attend these events, University operations permitting, and subject to prior approval from their supervisor.
