You must take action by 5:00 p.m. CT Monday, July 23, 2018 to ensure your benefits insurance elections are successfully submitted.
A review of CMS MyBenefits activity shows that you began a Benefit Choice transaction but did not click on “Done” to save your elections. This means that if you intended to change your optional Life Insurance and/or Flexible Spending Account elections those elections were not saved. It is possible that Health plan elections or changes may be incomplete as well.
