Benefit Choice ends tomorrow, May 31, for State benefits-eligible employees! This is your final reminder to make your State benefit elections or changes for the upcoming plan year on https://MyBenefits.illinois.gov. Elections will be effective July 1, 2018.
If you want to make any changes to health, dental, life insurance, or enroll/re-enroll in a flexible spending account (MCAP/DCAP), go to https://MyBenefits.illinois.gov.
If you don’t want to make any changes or enroll/re-enroll in a flexible spending account, then no action is required.
Documentation Deadline for Certain Transactions
When adding a dependent or opting out, you must provide supporting documentation by June 11, 2018 or your changes will be cancelled.
When adding or increasing State Optional life, you must submit a Statement of Health form by June 30, 2018 or your changes will be cancelled.
