Benefit Choice ends tomorrow, May 31! This is your final reminder to make your State benefit elections for the upcoming plan year on https://MyBenefits.illinois.gov. Elections will be effective July 1, 2017.
If you want to make any changes to health, dental, life insurance, and/or re-enroll in flexible spending account (MCAP/DCAP), go to https://MyBenefits.illinois.gov.
If you don’t want to make any changes and you don’t want to enroll/re-enroll in a flexible spending account, then you don’t need to do anything at this time.
Documentation Deadline: Adding Dependents or Opting Out
If you are adding dependents or opting out of State health/dental/vision insurance coverage, you must provide supporting documentation by June 5, 2017. Documentation must be uploaded to https://MyBenefits.illinois.gov. See the Dependent Documentation Requirements or the Benefit Choice Flyer for more information.
