University Payroll and Benefits (UPB) is implementing a new phone system on November 29, 2016, to improve the quality of the customer experience.
If you have a question or need information regarding payroll or benefits, UPB is ready to take your call using our new phone system. Each location (Chicago, Urbana and Springfield) will still have a specific number to call, but you will now be able to:
- Connect to the representative most able to handle your call, via a simple menu.
- Hold for a representative and know your place in the queue.
- Have the option to receive a call back without losing your place in line.
