• UPDATE: Summary tile on constituent records not loading - FIXED

  **This issue has been fixed.  Please contact AIMS (aims@uif.uillinois.edu) with any questions.

  Some TED users are seeing a new tile on the constituent view with the following message:

  “The section could not be loaded.   The current user does not have rights to use this form.”    

  A fix will be deployed soon to resolve this.

• Update: Error searching “Related Banner Fund” on the Accounting Transaction Search and Accounting Balance - FIXED

  The search field is displaying an error when users enter a search value in the field called Related Banner Fund.

  This issue has been fixed 3/19/21. Please let us know if you experience any additional errors. 

• “Univ” Changed to “University” on Organization Records

  As part of the Organization Naming Standards that was established in 2021 and the TED Organization Record Cleanup Project that was announced in the February 2021 edition of the UIF Advancement Insider, UIF Advancement Services is continuing our efforts to cleanup organization records.  You will now see that organizations and educational institutions in TED that contain “University” abbreviated to “Univ” in the name, have been updated to have “University” spelled out.In addition to the record names being updated, care has been taken to ensure that any ad hoc queries, exports, and data warehouse objects have been changed to “University”, for any instance of “Univ”.For instance, “Univ of Illinois at Springfield” has been updated to “University of Illinois at Springfield” on both the organization and degree records, since the degree record is tied to the educational institution’s organization record. • UI Reporting Dashboard Reports Unavailable - FIXED

  UPDATE: This issue has been resolved as of 10:00am 9/10/21. 
  The Constituent Demographics and Portfolio Health Dashboards located in TED on the UI Reporting tab are currently unavailable.  We are working on resolving the issue and hope to have them restored by tomorrow morning (9/10/21). 

• UIF to Absorb Expenses for Credit Card Donations

  Effective July 1, 2021, the Foundation will no longer pass through the 2.5% credit card expense to gift fund(s) in instances where donors make a gift via credit card; the cost will be absorbed through the UIF operating budget.  The last assessment will be posted July 6th representing all activity through June 30th.   For further information or questions, please contact UIF Accounting.

  The TED Data warehouse nightly refresh process is still running this morning and the reports located in TED on the UI Reporting and Business Manager tabs will be unavailable until 12pm today (10/4/21).   If you have already ran reports this morning, please rerun them again after 12:00 (Noon), as the data you received may be incomplete. Users who run the CAP process on Monday mornings will also be impacted by this issue.
