ID pickup instructions
If you are not able to submit an acceptable photo in time for review, you must visit UIC ID Center West to have your photo taken. Only ID Center West can assist residents. Bring a current, government-issued proof of identity with you! ID Center staff distribute IDs to residents only as permitted by Graduate Medical Education.
