The i‑card is your official ID for the U of I System, including UI Health hospital and clinics. All Hospital healthcare personnel must wear a Hospital photo ID while in the hospital, so you'll need an i‑card in order to start your rotation.
Access to online photo submission is closed for medical residents
Photo submission closed on Wednesday, June 12 for residents with a June 24 academic start date. Visit the UI Health ID Office to have your photo taken by Friday, June 21. Please note: Wednesday, June 19 is a holiday.
Photo submission closed on on June 25 for residents with July 1 and July 7 academic start dates. Visit the UI Health ID Office before your start date to have your photo taken. Please note: the ID Center is closed on July 4 and 5.
