The fines associated with late filing of the Statement of Economic Interests form with the Office of the Secretary of State are as follows:May 2nd through 15th - A flat $15 fine will be assessed to all late filers by the Secretary of State.May 16th through filing - A rate of $100/day, in addition to the flat $15 filing penalty, will be assessed until the completed form is received by the Office of the Secretary of State.ALL PAPER STATEMENT OF ECONOMIC INTERESTS FORM FILINGS MUST BE MAILED DIRECTLY TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE.The Supplemental Statement of Interests forms are due to the Executive Ethics Commission May 1, 2024. There are no financial penalties associated with failure to file this form as there are with the Statement of Economic Interests.
