The AITS Security Application underwent changes to its configuration related to security access for the Adjustment Notification Application (ANA). These changes aimed to improve clarity and simplify the access request process for ANA roles and became effective July 30, 2025.
What’s Changing?
Previously, ANA security access was managed through Workflow security and profile structures. Moving forward, Unit Security Contacts will see the new ANA security increment and profile structure within the AITS Security Application.
Key Updates Include:
- Security Increment Renaming
The former Workflow increment is now labeled ANA, clearly distinguishing it from other systems. - Profile Name Enhancements
To better reflect their roles, ANA-related profiles have been renamed:- Department Workflow Originator → ANA Department Originator
- Department Workflow Approver → ANA Department Approver
- Department Workflow Proxy → ANA Department Proxy
- Central Human Resources → ANA HR Leave Balance Approver
- Search Account Owner(s) Access Update
Search access previously labeled Workflow Approver is now renamed to ANA Access and will display all ANA profiles.
No action is required for current ANA users, as they will retain their existing access and permissions.
