The University of Illinois system’s online travel booking tool, iTravel, has been inaccessible since March 30 due to technical issues. AITS and University Payables are working with Corporate Travel Planners (CTP), the administrator of iTravel, to resolve the issues. Unfortunately, it is taking much longer than expected and we apologize for the continued inconvenience.
In the meantime, you may contact a CTP agent at 844-214-9225. CTP has set up a call back feature so employees do not have to remain on hold. Another option is to complete the Travel Request Form located on the iTravel Resource page and e-mail it to uofi@ctp-travel.com.
Employees may utilize whatever method they find most efficient to book travel until the issues are resolved.
