  • Lodging Allowance Rates for Cook County and Washington, D.C., Effective October 1, 2023

    Effective October 1, 2023, the in-state lodging rate maximums for Cook County, Illinois, have been updated for the year October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024.  In addition, out-of-state lodging rate maximums for the District of Columbia have been updated for this same period. 

    The Lodging Allowance Rates can be found on the OBFS website or on the IHETCB website.
