University Accounting and Financial Reporting (UAFR) is excited to announce registration is now available for Journal Voucher Processing training. Dates for the 3-part series are available in January, February and April. Please see the registration link below for specific dates and availability.
About the Series
During this 3-part series you will gain hands on experience using Banner pages and build on the knowledge gained in the Journal Voucher Processing Certificate Track. This is not required to gain access to process a journal voucher but will enhance your understanding of the mechanics needed to complete a journal voucher successfully.

Please review the requirements below to make sure you can attend all three sessions before registering.
To register, visit the OBFS Course Registration page and select your university. Next, select Journal Voucher Processing - 3 Class Series. Once you have registered for Session 1 in the LMS, you will see links to register for Session 2 and Session 3.
Requirements
- Participants must have access to FGAJVCD in Banner
- The 3-part series must be taken in sequence, as there are practice problems involved throughout
- Some work outside of the course is required
Setup
- 90 minute classes
- Registration will close 5 business days before course 1
- Maximum class size is 15
- Thursday 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- Thursday 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
