All transaction processing will be temporarily unavailable on Tuesday, March 3 due to the system integration.
University Bursar Cashier Operations will be integrating with a new cashiering system on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. During this transition, our team will be completing system setup and installation work. Because of this, we will not be open to process departmental deposits or any other transactions on March 3.
If you have items that need to be processed before the system integration, please ensure they are submitted by your campus’s deadlines below. This applies to all transaction types our office handles. Items received after the deadline will be processed once the integration is complete.
- Chicago – Monday, March 2, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.
- Springfield – before Friday, February 27, 2026
- Urbana-Champaign – Monday, March 2, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
If you need to submit a PCard or TCard repayment for an unallowable charge, please plan ahead and submit it by the deadline above. Any funds received after the above deadlines will be processed after March 3.
Although processing will be paused on March 3, check pickup will still be available for individuals who already have checks ready for pickup.
