Have you ever wondered how to find a particular C-FOP’s Budget Balance Available (BBA) or the fund balance of a certain fund within Banner?
If so, refer to UAFR’s Finding Your C-FOP Balance webpage, which contains helpful details on how to find the BBA or fund balance for different fund types within Banner. For example:
- To find the BBA for your state, ICR, or gift fund C-FOPs, follow the steps below:
- Go to Banner page FGIBDST and enter your chart, fund, organization, and program code along with the appropriate fiscal year.
- Uncheck the Include Revenue Accounts box in the upper left-hand side of the page, and then click on the Go button.
- Your BBA will then appear on the Net Total row of the Available Balance column on the right-hand side of the page.
- To find the fund balance for your self-supporting, custodial, or service plan funds, follow the steps below:
- Go to Banner page FGITBSR and enter your chart and fund code along with the appropriate fiscal year.
- Your current fund balance will appear on the Current Fund Balance row of the Current Balance column on the right-hand side of the page.
