Where can I find the current F&A, fringe, and tuition remission agreements that need to accompany my proposal submission?
The current rate schedules are easy to locate on the System Government Costing OBFS webpage, under the sidebar menu titled “Rate Schedules (F&A, Fringe Benefits, Tuition).” Located here: https://www.obfs.uillinois.edu/government-costing/.
This webpage has the current rate schedules listed by University location. Just select your campus location, then select the newest report. This webpage also maintains links to the historical rate schedules.
Also, the System Government Costing OBFS page has sections dedicated to each of these rates. These pages are a great reference tool and provide detailed explanations for each rate, the application guidelines, and describe their respective calculation methodologies.
