  Did you know that a simple email request to uas@uillinois.edu can help you with many of your accounting and financial reporting needs? 

  See below for examples of common requests we receive at this email address:    

  • Requests to terminate a fund, organization, program, or index code
     
  • Requests to update the title of a fund, organization, program, or index code to make it more clear and transparent
  • Requests to create a new fund, program, or index code via the FPI Form available on UAFR’s Forms webpage
  • Requests to create a new organization code via the Banner Organization Code Request Form available on UAFR’s Forms webpage
  • Requests to create a new account code via the Banner Account Code Request Form available on UAFR’s Banner Account Codes webpage

  Once UAFR receives your request, the appropriate staff member will be in touch with you regarding any questions that may come up during the review process to ensure that your request is handled accurately and on a timely basis.
