University Accounting and Financial Reporting announces improvements put into production in both FABweb and the Biennial Inventory applications starting Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Key enhancements include Biennial Inventory Attribute approvals functionality and new messaging identifying locked users throughout FABweb and Biennial.
Biennial Inventory Attribute Approvals functionality has been upgraded and recoded to resolve failing functionality and improve the user experience. Biennial Inventory and all FABweb entry screens for Ptag entry have been updated to provide on-line screen messaging for locked records to include the following:
- Locked user’s information
- Ptag locked
- Transfer/Disposal # Ptag is locked to (if applicable)
This functionality will assist units in researching and resolving their locked FABweb records and was a high priority for surveyed system users.
