The Business & Finance Policy Office announces updates to policies 16.5 Sponsored Programs Subawards and 16.5.4 Responsibilities to Monitor a Subrecipient. Both of these policies were recently updated to specify that once an invoice to a subrecipient is determined to be proper, the university will execute payment in accordance with terms and conditions of the award. For awards subject to the Federal Uniform Administrative Requirements, the subrecipient should be paid no later than 30 calendar days from receipt of invoice.
Additionally, references to the OMB Single Audit have been updated to the OMB Uniform Administrative Requirements.
