NOTE: Please be aware that upon your first login to myUIconnect, you will be presented with 3 one-time welcome screens, which you will be required to click through before your cards are displayed.

As part of this upgrade, we have enhanced security by requiring 2-factor authentication (2FA) when accessing Banner Self-Service. Users will receive a DUO prompt when logging into Banner Self-Service, as you do now for Banner Administrative Pages, Microsoft 365, and Box. You can find more information on 2FA and DUO here:

For questions or issues regarding the new Web Time Entry application, please submit a ticket via the UPB Customer Service Portal. Enter a ticket, and under ticket details, type WTE 9x in the Title field so your ticket is prioritized and routed to subject matter experts quickly.
