Chrome River will soon be replacing TEM as the new travel and expense management system. Chrome River offers a number of improvements over TEM, including streamlined and simplified card transactions processing – even for transactions outside of travel expense reports!
Chrome River will become the single repository for PCard and TCard reconciliation process, which will be identical for both card types. Previously, PCard and TCard expenses had to be reconciled in two separate systems (TEM and PCard Web Solution). In Chrome River, this process is streamlined, easy and fast. The approval protocol will remain the same as it is currently.
An easier process for PCard and TCard transactions is just the beginning of the benefits you’ll begin to see while using the new system. We look forward to deploying Chrome River and providing you with the best configured and user-friendly solution soon. Please stay tuned for more on Chrome River!
