The Business and Finance Policy Office announces a language clarification to policy 22.2 Self-Supporting Excess Funds. The last sentence in procedural step #3 has been updated to clarify that voluntary lapse requests submitted in June, July, or August are typically not reviewed, approved, and processed until period 03 of the new fiscal year.
