  • UIUC: Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) Renewal Procedures

    This announcement applies to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign only.  

    The FY27 Purchasing Renewals website has been updated with the FY27 renewal instructions and documents: PCMO – Renewals. Please review the information and download the documents outlining the requirements, procedures, and deadlines for establishing or renewing FY27 annual orders, as well as purchase recommendations requiring Board of Trustees approval.

    Please note: FY27 will open on December 1, 2025 in iBuy. Units are encouraged to begin submitting renewal requisitions as early as possible to ensure deadlines are met.
