How to Join the Webinar via Teams
Select “Join the meeting now” from your confirmation email or your Teams/Outlook calendar invite.
If you cannot join immediately:
You may be in the lobby until admitted by the organizer.
Your browser may not be supported (Teams does not support Safari for Mac). Please use Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or another supported browser.
Low internet connectivity may prevent joining—try again once your connection improves, or join from a supported mobile device.
Meeting security settings may limit access. Contact the organizer if needed.
If your audio, camera, or microphone does not work, check your device settings and your Teams settings.
If issues continue, refer to Microsoft Support for additional guidance.
