    This announcement applies to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign only.

    The Purchasing and Contract Management Office is pleased to announce that the Forms page is now available on our website! All standard forms and templates can be easily accessed in one location.  We have added an additional function to allow for quick sorting, keyword search, and provided examples to utilize when filling out certain forms.

    We encourage all departments to visit our website to review and utilize these updated resources.
